Transaction Pending
Transactions typically complete within 30 minutes. Network congestion may cause delays. Check your transaction status using your ID.
Wrong Wallet Address
Contact support immediately with your transaction ID if you entered an incorrect wallet address.
Rate Changed
Rates are locked for 20 minutes after starting a transaction. After that, current market rates apply.
Failed Transaction
If your transaction failed, check the Base Chain explorer first. Contact support with your transaction ID for help.
